3” WPS-CP

The 3″ WPS® well pumps are suitable for domestic applications with intermittent use, such as:

• Domestic water supply
• Small waterworks

The 3″ WPS®-CP is a centrifugal pump, made entirely of stainless steel, and suitable for installation in drilled wells 3″ or larger. This pump offers the following features:

• Constant pressure control with two adjustable pressure levels
• Capacity from 0.2 to 7 m³/h and a maximum head of 190 metres
• Motor power of up to 1.5 kW at 140 Hz
• Single-phase power supply for the regulator
• Built-in, fail-safe non-return valve
• Dry-running protection
• High efficiency of both pump and motor
• Excellent wear resistance
• Soft start
• Overvoltage and undervoltage protection
• Overload protection
• Overtemperature protection
• Variable speed
• Second set pressure possible

The 3″ WPS®-CP is equipped with a three-phase 230 V Well Pumps motor. The accompanying controller operates on single-phase power and converts it into three-phase power for the motor. Thanks to the built-in frequency regulator, the pump automatically controls the speed to maintain a constant pressure according to the current water consumption. The pump can be easily adjusted to any operating point within the range of the minimum and maximum performance curves. In case of a fault, an error message is displayed on the controller’s LCD screen.

The 3″ WPS®-CP pump kit is supplied as a complete kit and includes the following components:

• 3″ WPS® submersible pump, made entirely of stainless steel
• WPS® high-speed submersible motor, suitable for variable frequency operation up to 140 Hz
• WPS®-CP constant pressure controller with integrated frequency control, flow detection and pressure sensor
• Pressure vessel of 8 litres, including valve and pressure gauge
