At Mijnwater in Heerlen, water from former mine shafts is used for sustainable district heating. A fine example of how water technology contributes to a more sustainable energy supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this project, Haitjema from Dedemsvaart took care of installing a 2\u00bd-inch valve, which regulates the water flow in the installation or shuts it off when required. In addition, Mijnwater\u2019s staff installed the control system in the technical room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In cooperation with Well Pumps, the installation was successfully commissioned, to the full satisfaction of Mijnwater. A great result thanks to the collaboration between all parties involved!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
