6-inch borehole pump project

For this project, Well Pumps supplied a 6” borehole pump manufactured at our factory in Fleurus. The pump was installed by Watertechniek Teunissen, a fellow company within the Water Is Life Group, at a depth of 90 metres in a newly drilled well — precision work that requires expertise, experience, and the right equipment.

The installation was carried out using a U-PVC riser pipe and a 125-metre-long 4G25 mm² electrical cable, which was carefully secured to the riser pipe with stainless steel straps. Due to the considerable weight of the materials, a Jekko crane equipped with a 10-metre mast and a lifting capacity of 2 tonnes was essential for completing the job.

The result reflects the work of a well-coordinated team of skilled professionals. Thanks to their technical expertise, meticulous execution, and close collaboration, this installation was completed to the highest standards.
